The Vox Mobile Demand Generation Specialist / Lead Generation Specialist will execute Vox Mobile?s lead generation and nurturing programs.
You have experience with all aspect of B2B lead generation marketing concepts including lead nurturing, email marketing, SEO, paid search, and social networking. A successful candidate should enjoy balancing these priorities in a high-tech and service-oriented industry.
This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
?Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs. You will be responsible for objectives, targets, tactics, metrics, and processes to drive customer acquisition
?Manage lead nurturing/lead scoring program
?Track and analyze lead generation programs
?Coordinate development of content to support lead generation programs
?Build, grow, and segment in-house e-mail marketing lists
?Use our social media platform to grow engagement and traffic site wide
?Use lead scoring to identify and segment prospects
?Work with in-house marketing team to create marketing material and messages
?Creating email campaigns for use in outbound demand generation, as well as lead nurturing campaigns
?Testing different content in emails or landing pages to evaluate and improve results
?Creating reports detailing the effectiveness of our marketing automation programs for senior management
Essential Skills and Experience
?Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other relevant field of study
?1-3 years of web operations experience
?Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other common web programming languages
?Understanding of SEO principals and optimization variables
?Understanding of concepts behind the development and execution of lead generation programs
?Understanding of landing page design and best practices
?Ideal candidate is familiar with CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce or Netsuite) and working with Marketing Automation or Email Marketing systems (e.g. Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Exact Target, Pardot or similar)
?Demonstrated understanding of online marketing concepts like search engine optimization, paid search advertising, and lead scoring
?Demonstrated project management skills
?Strong verbal and writing skills
