Demand Generation Specialist (Outbound Telesales) LightEdge Solutions

LightEdge is looking for an energetic, and talented person to generate demand for LightEdge services and new customer development through outbound calling campaigns. While this is not a sales position, this position will be responsible for discussing all LightEdge technology services at a high level and understanding when and how one of our services could be a good fit for the needs of a business.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Clear and articulate verbal communications
Ability to understand technical aspects of Networking, Voice, and IT based services
Ability to follow target campaign lists and organize follow up calls through Customer Relationship Management software
Track and analyze call success metrics
Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Word and Excel
Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and Sales team to create targeted campaigns that will build the sales pipeline.
Self-starter with the desire to improve processes
Able to connect with people and persuade without appearing aggressive or ?salesy?
Education/Experience
Undergraduate degree preferred, High School completion mandatory
1-2 years of experience in a similar outbound calling position
Experience with Marketing and Lead Generation through Social Media
