Responsible for growing revenue and managing buy-side relationships with Rubicon?s leading mobile networks, and DSPs. You will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; providing customers with insight and advice regarding every aspect of their account and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record achieving revenue goals while providing exceptional customer support/service. The Demand Manager must be intelligent, resourceful, responsive and results driven. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Proven track record consistently achieving quarterly revenue goals
Buy-side experience selling mobile platforms or advertising
Deep understanding of mobile and desktop display market trends
Campaign management and optimization for mobile buyers including Demand Side Platforms and ad networks
Explore and build revenue opportunities with existing demand partners, closely collaborating with your demand sales counterparts
Strategic thinker with deep understanding of the customers? business goals
Tracking and analyzing campaign objectives and performance data to identify new growth areas
Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships at all levels
Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
Articulate the benefits of Rubicon?s REVV platform and available publisher inventory in the REVV marketplace to buyers

Education / Experience:
Bachelor?s degree required; post graduate degree preferred
2-3 years of online advertising experience working for an ad network, exchange, DSP or SSP
1-2 years of mobile advertising sales or account management experienc
