What you?ll do
As a Demand Planning Manager (DPM) you will be responsible for building, review and maintenance of account or product-based demand plans. The DPM leads a planning team responsible for developing sales forecasts, combining Belkin shipment history with POS sales and inventory data collected from customer accounts, which result in purchase recommendations. A staff of account-based Demand Planners supports this role. The DPM is responsible for the review and approval of the planners' demand plans and facilitating the development of plans that achieve cross-functional consensus.
How you?ll do it
Build, review and maintain account and product-based demand plans.
Lead a team of Demand Planners in the process of developing demand forecasts at the customer part level.
Facilitate a collaborative, team-oriented forecasting process which incorporates input from both Sales and Planning.
Responsible for the systematic delivery of the forecast to the MRP; the Buyers? purchasing tool.
Top line review of forecasts for all accounts.
Support product transition planning and forecasting.
Training and coaching the Planners on demand analysis, the planning process and the Oracle enterprise system including Oracle Demand Planning and Logility.
Participation in special projects contributing to the ongoing development of planning systems and processes.

What you?ll need
Minimum of 5 years planning and supervisory experience
Bachelor?s degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required with strong Excel skills.

The ability to lead, manage, mentor and develop a team of demand planners.
Strong analytical and systems skills.
The ability to liaise and influence all levels of the business.
The ability to create and present concise messages from complex data.
