Provide high-quality technical support to our internal Professional Services team
Troubleshoot software configuration and deployment issues
Schedule and perform software installations, upgrades, and patches
Assemble documentation and training projects to create a knowledge base for a more self-service deployment environment
Take ownership of technical issues, working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Review logs to determine if any new error conditions require action
Work with Development and testing staff to determine the impact of new releases on the production environment
Recommend improvements for the maintainability and stability of the application
Qualifications
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with Microsoft .Net
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
Knowledge of C++ or C# is helpful
Knowledge of Adobe Flex is helpful
Experience with salesforce.com
