Design GeniusWe are seeking entrepreneurial and energetic Design Genius to assist customers with creating unique designs. The Design Genius will be responsible for the entire design experience and must have an eye for detail, as the product will be customized on-site utilizing Photoshop and internal design tools. This will be a high touch customer service experience and the right candidate will have a strong background in design and retail customer service. This is a part time position.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with an in-store design experience using customized design tools.
Lead customers through an extended purchase occasion.
Transfers customer?s designs to durable goods using current print on demand technologies.
Be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when assisting customers.
Requirements:
Looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and customer service expertise.
1-2 years of Photoshop or Illustrator experience.
1-2 years of retail apparel sales and/or food service experiences.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change, willing to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shift.
Loves pop-culture and understands the business of fashion and retail brands.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
Ability to be mobile for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment.
