Catch.com, creator of mobile and web applications, is seeking a talented and passionate design Intern. This position is well suited for a college student majoring in design and is looking for real-world experience to enhance their current skill set. You will walk out of here as a solid designer and ready for what lies ahead.Hours are flexible to fit your schedule, but ideally we would like 15-20/week. The position is unpaid if you are receiving college internship credit.
Responsibilities:
-Create and prep graphical assets for Android mobile/tablet and iPhone/iPad
-Assist in Marketing campaign design
-Assist in mobile/tablet/web graphics creation
-Develop a style guide
-Assist in wireframing
-Assist in interaction design
Requirements:
-Must be passionate about UX and Visual Designer
-Thinks attending meetings as a great way to learn
-Must be willing to listen and learn
-Must have a sharp eye for the grid, spacing and typography
-Willing to learn the intricacies and process of creating and prepping graphical assets for Android mobile/tablet and iPhone/iPad
-Interested in learning about the mobile and tablet market
-Have a basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
