Remote 3 days / week

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design, concept and maintain the brand of the third largest business solution company in the world. You are crucial to making a good idea into a great idea.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will ensure that deadlines are met while providing an exemplary creative product.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the creative excellence for the brand.
• Adhere to guidelines and offer new ideas.
• You will work closely with art directors, writers, program managers and internal marketing clients from around the world on a daily basis.

EXPERIENCE:

• Passion for great design and innovative executions
• 3-5 years of design experience
• Semi-expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience and confidence in HTML, Flash and web development
• A desire to learn new programs and discover new ways of thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal, (face-to-face and virtual) and written.
• Hungry for new technology and keeping ahead of current and emerging technology trends.
• Highly proactive

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

• Must be able to work independently but should also possess the communication skills needed to collaborate with peers and take instructions from clients and supervisors remotely
• Must embrace and promote the goals of Hook & Loop, and do what is required to reach these goals
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be willing to pitch in wherever they're needed
