Seeking a graphic designer to create digital advertising campaigns for desktop and mobile devices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Create digital ads (desktop and devices) mainly utilizing Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Graciously receive and act on constructive feedback as part of a QA process (no egos, please).
Collaborate with a diverse group of individuals throughout the creative and development process.
Successfully articulate and justify creative decisions.
Respectfully communicate with fellow designers, project coordinators and managers throughout the organization.
Juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Stay relevant in your position as a digital designer.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Possess an Associate or Bachelor degree in the visual communication field and/or a strong digital portfolio showing off your best work.
Effective communication skills (written and oral).
Demonstrate convincing design and typographic skills as needed for digital advertising.
Be agile in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable in MacOS, Adobe Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Understanding of the changing landscape for smartphones and tablets.
Comprehension of graphic optimization and browser limitations.
Familiar with information design, site usability and navigation standards.

Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time; at least 7 hours per day. Also requires willingness to work occasionally on evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project deadlines.
