Vantage Media currently seeks a Desktop Support Analyst for our corporate office in Los Angeles.
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Network Operations, who resides in our Guatemala location and you will report into the CFO, CEO and Human Resources in our corporate office. The Desktop Support Analyst supports all of Vantage Media, US; involves remote support for offices located in San Francisco, Miami FL, Palm Springs.
? Provide the support for laptop and workstation hardware operating systems, peripherals, printers, audio/video equipment, networks, VoIP, and application software including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
? Support employee requests via the company?s internal ticket support system JIRA, phone calls and emails.
? You are the lead role in facilitating the company?s quarterly All Hands Meeting; includes setting up the meeting area, testing and validating the video conferencing hardware and software components for remote locations to ensure success.

Technical Skills Required
? Windows 7, windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2
? Laptops and Desktop Installation
? Microsoft Exchange, Skype, MS Office, MS Active Directory VoIP
? Networking basics
Ideal Candidates Have:
? Minimum 2-3yrs of experience in Help Desk Support
? Strong aptitude in OS repairs, spy ware and virus removal, hardware, upgrades and troubleshooting
? Knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot minor computer equipment malfunctions
? Must have great communication skills both verbally and in writing
? Must be flexible and comfortable working in an environment of urgency and high visibility; additional or different functions may be assigned from time to time.
? Must maintain confidentiality
? Experienced in meeting deadlines and establishing priorities
? Must be comfortable working with employees in multiple locations
? Desire to provide customer with outstanding customer care and service at all times
? Must have a positive, pro-active attitude and be comfortable taking initiative when needed
Opportunity may include assisting our Network Operations team members with other duties as assigned based on skill and experience.
