We are actively interviewing candidates to join our Support Team as a Desktop Support Analyst in our Englewood, CO office.If you enjoy troubleshooting and resolving hardware, application and operating system issues, you could be an ideal candidate for our Desktop Support Analyst role. Our team supports some of the world?s most exciting and dynamic organizations, including Driscoll?s Strawberry, Daisy Brand Sour Cream, Peet?s Coffee & Tea, Cable Shopping Network, Rejuvenation Home Goods and H-E-B Grocery. Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, application, and operating system issues.
Responds to customers? needs, questions and concerns in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
Escalates problems to a higher level as required to assure timely resolution.
Delivers and installs systems to end users as required.
Performs hardware and software moves, adds, and changes.
Reports details of all hardware/software items that have been installed and or removed for updating configuration management records.
Performs off hour maintenance and upgrades of equipment including operating systems patching, server back up and monitoring.
May be required to be in an on-call status to be able to promptly respond to and address user/customer needs.
Other duties as required or assigned.
Must Haves to Join Our Team:
Working experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
Working experience with network printers and print queues.
Working experience with VPN protocols for working with remote users
Ability to provide basic network troubleshooting.
Requires excellent English verbal and writing skills including report preparation.
Requires excellent customer interaction skills.
Associate?s degree in a technical discipline or 2+ years of experience
