Provide user helpdesk/desktop support for Palo Alto Networks focusing but not limited to the EMEA region. This will include, but is not limited to, purchasing, imaging and provisioning hardware, troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues and end user support. This person must be able to work independently in an extremely fast paced and dynamic startup environment, have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
This role reports to the Global Client Services Sr. Manager.
