Desktop Support Technician Optoplex

This position must have the following skills:

At lease 2 years of desktop support experience.
In-depth knowledge in Windows operating systems.
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication.
Multi-task in different systems
Hardware / software troubleshooting techniques.
Internet protocols; LAN/ WAN Expertise.
Education and degrees in Information Systems Technology or related fields.
Lifting and transporting objects up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual is preferred since you will spend 95% of the time to support Mandarin-speaking end-users.
