The Billtrust Desktop Support Technician?s primary responsibility is to provide end-to-end desktop support for Billtrust employees. In this senior role, the candidate will act as a mentor to junior level Desktop Technicians as well as prioritize workload and assign appropriate resources to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years job experience as a senior resource or team lead along with experience with Windows 2008 Active Directory Management, Windows XP/Vista/7 Desktop troubleshooting experience and Windows Print and File Services Management. In addition, basic office networking skills and laptop repair experience is required.
