Overview
The CRM Developer is responsible for developing, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions for IntraLinks in accordance with the business processes, needs and requirements. Quality is a key, as is an ability to understand Company?s business needs and requirements, translating them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable. The CRM Developer will work very closely with Sales Operations and Business Operations groups to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions using different methods, techniques and tools. This is an opportunity for a talented CRM Developer to provide tactical support to the internal user community as well as strategic analysis to ensure that IntraLinks is utilizing the CRM platform to its ultimate potential.
About the Team
The CRM Developer reports to the Director, Application Development, and is part of the Information System and Technology team that is responsible for supporting corporate applications.
Responsibilities
? Define scope of development efforts, acting as a Business Analyst gathering requirements from different Business units.? Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions? Re-design, enhance, re-structure and improve the current CRM instance? Recommend and build security solutions, data mitigation plans to help resolve risks.? Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in driving industry and processes best practices in the current scope and evolution of the CRM platform, providing recommendations and assisting in the creation of the roadmap for improving the coverage and avoiding excessive customization.? Update or create formulas, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, custom applications, objects ? Initiate automation, cleansing and de-duplication projects, working closely with groups responsible for Master Data Management and Data Governance
Basic Qualifications
? Education ? Bachelor?s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering)? Minimum 5 years of directly applicable experience to include: o CRM experience in at least one of the major vendors (Salesforce.com, Siebel, SugarCRM) o Clear understanding of end-to-end business processes for CRM (Marketing, Sales, Services) o Hands on experience building custom integrations with other systems o Strong web development skills in HTML/XML, Java, Web Services, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, SQL
? Ability to prioritize goals and deliverables to insure key business objectives are achieved? Excellent communication and strong team player.? Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.? Full project management and development life cycle experience.? Strong Business Analysis skills and understanding of the organization?s goals and objectives.? ?Can do? Attitude ? Willing to learn and master new tools and apply the new skills to the job
