The qualified candidate will report to the Director of Business Services and will work under the tutelage of an experienced force.com developer. With their education and experience they should have the ability to:Self-learn via tutorials, online classes and manuals on various aspects of programming on the Salesforce.com platform
Understand, develop and document business processes throughout the organization
Gather requirements for upcoming projects
Education/Experience Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Information Systems
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for learning program development
A strong acumen and desire to improve/develop information systems and processes
Programming knowledge in Java, C or another similar programming language
Some proficiency in SQL
Must be willing to learn new skills and tools
Desire to become an advanced developer/administrator on the company?s Salesforce.com CRM platform
Excellent analytical skills required
Must work well both independently and in a team environment
