We're looking for talented people who want to revolutionize how face-to-face communications happens on all Internet connected devices, and who want to have a little fun along the way.
As a Developer Support Engineer for TokBox, you?ll be responsible for resolving platform related issues and enable customer success by helping our technical users overcome challenges. You will provide hands on troubleshooting, feature explanation, code snippets, sample apps and best practice guidance.
Provide code level technical support to external developers.
Man the support forum and IRC and provide a very high quality of support to users.
Analyze customer inbounds and build out tools and knowledge base that improve overall developer experience.
Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to improve our platform offerings to developers.
Provide coding best practices and write out sample apps that help customers effectively use our platform.
Be willing to take on small side projects that help improve developer experience and the quality of inbounds and demonstrate the ability to independently guide customers.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in software development on the web stack
Ideally have experience in a technical consulting or developer support role
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinking and data driven analysis capabilities
Customer oriented and ability to juggle between different tasks
