The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for Account Manager?s to join our sales team in Waltham, MA and San Diego, CA. A significant portion of Telerik?s business growth is by helping our client base maximize their utilization and understanding of the Telerik components and tools. The Account Manager Division is comprised of high-achieving specialists who work with clients to achieve their goals. We thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. On this team, you proactively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and newly acquired clients. As a Telerik Account Manager, you will be expected to:
? Enhance the experience of Telerik clients by developing strong relationships and by providing exceptional customer support.
? Determine innovative ways to drive revenue through account optimizations and communicate customer feedback to our Product Managers.
? Proactively upsell customers on various Telerik products, features, and optimizations to hit and exceed aggressive team revenue targets.
? Actively solicit customer feedback and work with Product Management to communicate customer needs, enhancements, and priorities.
? Work with other Sales teams to promote all Telerik products to prospective customers.
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? BA/BS degree.
? Business analysis skills and experience with automated tools (including Excel, databases, etc.).
? Excellent phone and in-person sales skills, with a strategic understanding of client-account manager business model.
? Understanding of Product Management and Marketing perspectives.
? 2-5 years Account Management experience in technology industry preferred.
? Extremely organized and highly motivated.
? Excellent verbal/written communication skills including presentations, with the ability to exude executive presence.
