DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - TISSUE ENGINEERING / CELL BIOLOGY Affinergy

Responsibilities:


- Invent, evaluate, formulate, develop biological or bio-artificial scaffolds for tissue regeneration using our propriety linker molecules
- To be a Team member of an integrated product development team




Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Experience in a medical device or biotech company is a plus
- Experience with stem cells and the design of in vivo models is a plus
- Hands on experience with three dimensional tissue engineering of heart, cartilage, or tendon
- Must be able to work on projects of a multidisciplinary nature
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, creative and able to work in a team environment
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal forms
- Ability to understand deadlines and commitments
- Willingness and ambition to learn and take on responsibilities
- Experience with development of Medical Devices under a Design Control environment is a plus.
