? We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead the development efforts for healthcare applications and services
? This role offers a wide range of opportunities for personal development, career growth, and lasting impact
? You?ll manage top tier engineering leads and individual contributors and engage with leaders in business and medicine in improving healthcare around the world
? Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (graduate degree preferred)
? Minimum 10 years of software development experience
? Minimum 5 years of experience in a software engineering manager capacity
? Experience in designing enterprise software that manipulates (caching, transport, visualization, search, etc.) large data sets, building platforms, and user experience authoring tools is desired
? Deep technical knowledge and proven track record in building large scale software systems on Windows
? Excellence in guiding, motivating and leading people
? Track record in recruiting and retaining top tier talent
? Exceptional individual contributions in software development and innovation
? Effective at driving cross-discipline initiatives without direct authority over participants
? Experience in consensus building and enabling shared success
? Capacity to scale effortlessly between hands-on technical challenges to strategic thinking and leadership
