Freescale has a number of opportunities for Device Engineers. As a Device Engineer you will be a liaison between the factory and the product, test and design teams. You will interface with engineers in all organizations to successfully sustain multiple parts in the fab by developing manufacturing specifications for processes, developing cost effective yield performance improvements, supporting volume production and improving manufacturability.
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a GPA of 3.25 or above
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Prior internship or co-op in a semiconductor setting
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
