DevOps Engineer Disruptor Beam

This is an on-site position in Framingham, MA.
Maintain and improve the continuous integration, deployment and operational environment for our games.
Enhance cross-team communication, collaboration and efficiency with scripts and tools to help automate and simplify content, code, sharing and asset contributions from a range of game developers (coders, writers, artists, game designers, etc.).
Develop operational dashboards and participate in code instrumentation / maintenance of ETL processes, related to business metrics, gameplay tracking, and performance diagnostics; work with product managers to expose data to development teams that can result in continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for overall operational reliability and security of production environments.
Optimize performance of core servers (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached) and advise the engineering team on ways to improve code for scalability.
On-call for emergency situations.
Strong familiarity with Linux system administration.
Strong familiarity with building, compiling and configuring open source tools and platforms, and a high comfort level with assessing newer libraries on github, etc.
Experience with production Web, Internet and/or game server environments that have achieved significant scale using technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Memcached, Redis, CDNs, etc. We don?t necessarily expect you to know all of the specific technologies we already use, but do expect you to have mastery of some of them and/or alternatives.
Coding skills with a particular emphasis on scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Python or similar scripting environments) for the development of automation, content management tools, deployment, Website applications, etc.
Experience setting up and implementing best practices for source control systems and CI processes.
Familiarity with server virtualization and automating server deployment within cloud-based environments.
Nice to have, but not required: experience with Ruby on Rails, Unity, or HTML/jQuery
Nice to have: familiarity with Mercurial and/or Perforce
