Responsibilities:
-- Effective diagnostics is a key attribute of the Calxeda architecture and system solution. Design work spans across the hardware and software teams to leverage existing code to build an end-to-end diagnostics package for manufacturing to end customer usage
-- You will work closely with customers to ensure their success: be the key technical interface, provide leadership, solve problems, educate and accelerate time to market
-- Develop debug capabilities through diagnostic software that our customers will value and use to develop their products
-- Represent creative and valuable applications of Calxeda technology in the Server Market
-- Work with our hardware and software engineers combining analysis and customer experiences
-- to defining next-generation products
-- Expand your existing expertise to validate functionality across clusters of ARM based highly integrated SoCs
-- Work closely with our customers' development teams by building strong personal relations through high quality trusted support, on-site visits and strong expertise
Qualifications
-- BSEE/ Computer Science degree and 5 + years of experience with the development of diagnostic software within Server Products
-- Experience and knowledge in multiple areas of Server Design: computer architecture, power management, IPMI, thermal management, storage and networking
-- Linux experience is a plus
-- Strong people skills, effective listener and communicator (both written and verbal) who is capable of driving customer solutions across multiple product organizations
-- Ability to work independently and professionally, especially in direct customer/partner facilities
-- Ability to devise creative solutions to unexpected problems
