Description
The principle goal for a Digital Analyst is to diligently execute the day-to-day activities required to maintain a marketing analytics program and to develop innovative products and deliverables. Digital Analyst will be responsible for working with individual clients and account managers/directors to identify, understand, and meet the analytics needs through both custom and scalable reports and analysis.
The major objective is to improve on the skills that they know and come to understand the skills they don?t know and to research new measurement methods and tools. This position will report to the Director of SEO.
Digital Analysts need to be detail-oriented and a team player, strategic and tactically capable, and effectively use data to provide actionable insights and ensure that the highest quality on all client deliverables and that all project deadlines are met.
Experience with one or more:
Web analytics tools implementation, management and analysis (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Core Metrics, Webtrends)
Campaign or media tools tracking back to website (e.g., DoubleClick (DFA/DART), Google Adwords, ExactTarget, Searchmart)
Knowledge of SEO
Social media measurement tools (e.g., Collective Intellect, Radian6, Evolve24, Buzz Metrics)
Mobile measurement tools (e.g., Mobilytics, Admob, Mongoose Metrics, Bango)
Mobile application measurement tools (e.g., Mobclix)
Widget measurement (e.g., Clearspring)
Required Skills:
Ability to understand client and client service goals, and to design and implement reports and/or models to deliver insights.
Post-secondary degree; with preference for those who have completed the Web Analytics Associations? UBC Course, or a related program in eCommerce with 1+ years experience in the marketing industry (online or offline), statistical based degree a plus

Education & Experience:
Minimum, 4-year college degree within a quantitative area preferred
3-5 years of experience working with digital media in a quantitative capacity
