Digital Content Marketing Writer Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Clarabridge is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Writer to join a highly successful marketing team within a fast-paced growth company. The candidate will be responsible for sharing the Clarabridge and CEM story through the creation of online marketing content. The candidate must be a strong writer with a passion for researching new and exciting trends and writing pieces on those topics that help create an overall interest in the market and in turn Clarabridge. This position will assist in executing the content marketing strategy for the entire organization as part of a great demand and lead generation effort and with other teams throughout the organization on the creation of content.
Research new and exciting trends in CEM and create materials designed to educate and interest the greater community. These materials may include:
Other Customer Facing Materials
Follow industry best practices to create materials that deliver ultimate lead and demand generation
Must be a strong writer who can create original content while maintaining a consistent voice across all outlets with minimal oversight or editing
Work with internal graphic designer to help create artwork for collateral, website and presentations
Work with Sales organization, customers and analysts in creation of case studies and white papers, to include interviews, data collection, content creation/writing, and editing
Other miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed
Bachelor?s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or similar major
1-3 years writing experience
Strong experience in different styles of writing including blogs, white papers, press releases, website content and ebooks
Social marketing experience on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
Strong organization and detail-oriented skills, ability to be creative, and think outside the box
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, but also independently with minimal direct supervision
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task is required
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Spanish language fluency a plus
Experience with WordPress CMS a plus
