Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in a fast passed, quickly changing, team environment.
Assist Product Manager?s execute product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and production coordination for products in the assigned product category.
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT and Marketing, and Operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
Assist Product Managers direct/oversee major product rollouts, customer and vendor involvement and contracts in the assigned product category.
Provide Marketing and Sales direction/strategy for successfully bringing products to market.
Collaborate with Sales personnel and Retail Channel Managers to assess target opportunities and prioritize the pursuit.
Work with Marketing and Sales Management to ensure that products are correctly communicated to the market.
Drive qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects. Evaluate marketing analysis to develop product definitions.
Review sales, trend, and profitability analyses. Assist Product Managers to provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
Interface with industry thought leaders and strategic partners as needed.
Coordinate technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production.
Oversee preparation of product /card production/development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.evaluate market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company's industry. Evaluate competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
Evaluate viability of identified partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line.
Assist Product Managers as needed by participating in key sales situations for the product.

Requirements:
Requires business analytical skills, initiative, history of product or account management accomplishments preferred.
Must have the ability to write clear market-driven product requirements.
Proven ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently required.
Experience in the development of customer segmentation and distribution strategies preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
Leadership ability and the ability to work individually and in team environments required.
Demonstrated presentation skills to all levels preferred.
Experience developing relationships with national retailers, suppliers and co-marketing partners preferred.
Team Player, comfortable with taking direction from multiple people.
Willing to have a flexible work schedule, and able to participate in conference calls occurring after hours, including early mornings, late evenings with Partners and InComm teams in other countries.
Product / account management background and/or sales experience desired.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 year?s product/account management or related industry experience.
