You would describe yourself as a highly analytical and person with a passion for digital innovation and data driven marketing results. Your friends think your obsession with all things digital might border on unhealthy but you can't imagine a day without it. Let's face it - SAS and SPSS are a regular part of your daily routine. You're comfortable with large sets of digital data - the more complex, the better. You're particularly interested in piecing the digital data puzzle together to get a more complete picture of customer behavior - especially email behavior. You love learning, solving problems and working in a field that is constantly changing.
Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to explore, innovate and develop digital data insights to help our clients (ex. Under Armour, REI, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Southwest Airlines) leverage the power of email marketing (and eCRM) to drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion opportunities. This highly visible role requires a unique combination of skills, experience, and marketing acumen.

Analytics Acumen. You're an analytics all-star. You've never run into a data set that you can't handle. Leverage your experience to analyze large and potentially unfamiliar digital data sets that will drive innovative customer insights.
Digital innovation. Let your data-freak flag fly. Use your digital analytics skills to creatively explore and integrate digital data sets, including email, social, mobile, display to drive new customer behavior and marketing insights.
Digital media passion. You are what we call an early digital adopter - you were among the first with a Facebook account and actually find Twitter useful. Translate your passion for digital and digital data into creative solutions for connecting customer data to new customer insights.
Entrepreneurial Energy. You have that extra gear that most people don't. Use it to move at a high velocity to stay ahead of our clients and to continually drive new and innovative ideas.
Staying Hip. Digital media is constantly changing - to stay at the top of our game, we need to continually monitor current digital data trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies - and then translate into new marketing ideas for clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred.
Deep experience digital data analytics- large data sets including display media, web, email, mobile, social, etc.
Proficiency in Excel, SAS is required.
Proven experience using your digital analytics skills to identify customer behavior insights .
5 + years deep experience in interactive analytics - email, email, website, display, social.
Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations - proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
Strong listening and relationship building skills.
High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
