Responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications group with the development, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote the corporate brand and products.
Acts as the primary administrator of the website/extranet Content Management System (CMS).
Communicates with graphic designers, web developers, animators, video production companies, and other external vendors, utilizing knowledge of XHTML, PHP, ASP, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe, and other applications.
Acts as the first line of contact for extranet user account management and troubleshooting.
Works with internal employees to facilitate the integration of third party single sign-on (SSO) systems with K2M?s extranet.
Assists with the development, implementation, and analysis of the digital advertising campaign and media plan.
Uses knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to optimize the K2M website and increase online visibility.
Assists with the development, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of additional digital marketing initiatives to include, but not limited to: Apps, Social Media, Mobile Website, and Email Marketing.
Develops and maintains a formalized system of analyzing and regularly reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
Works collaboratively with the Marketing Communications group to integrate digital marketing strategies and assist with delegated tasks outside of digital marketing.
Assists with maintaining the K2M Marketing image library, video library, and Style Guide to ensure consistency with branding and messaging.
Remains abreast of technological advances and trends in digital marketing and applies acquired knowledge to job functions.
Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with a recommended minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field. (Masters degree is preferred) Must possess a working knowledge of the latest digital software and understand applications like XHTML, PHP, ASP, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe. Must possess strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Google Analytics and Excel. Must demonstrate high attention to detail, as well as superior organization and multi-tasking skills. Experience in 3D animation and video production considered a bonus. Experience in the medical industry considered a bonus.
