Digital Marketing Assistant K2M
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications group with the development, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote the corporate brand and products.
Act as the primary administrator of the website/extranet Content Management System (CMS). Including:
First line of contact for extranet user account management and troubleshooting.
Work with internal employees to facilitate integration of third party single sign-on (SSO) systems with K2M?s extranet.
Act as the primary administrator of the Marketing Automation system, Eloqua. Including:
Create HTML emails, forms, and landing pages.
Build segmented marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain a formalized system of analyzing and regularly reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
Act as the primary administrator of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, SalesForce. Including:
First line of contact for CRM user account management and troubleshooting.
Validate record details.
Complete development for CRM projects.
Assist with the development, implementation, and analysis of the digital advertising campaign and media plan.
Use knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to optimize the K2M website and increase online visibility.
Assist with the development, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of additional digital marketing initiatives to include, but not limited to: Apps, Social Media, and Mobile Website.
Develops and maintains a formalized system of analyzing and regularly reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communications group to integrate digital marketing strategies and assist with delegated tasks outside of digital marketing.
Remain abreast of technological advances and trends in digital marketing and applies acquired knowledge to job functions.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
Recommended 2-5 years? experience in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of marketing automation experience.
Medical industry experience a plus
Experience in a marketing automation tool, ie. Eloqua, Marketo.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management System, ie. SalesForce.com.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, as well as superior organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to function with continuous changing priorities and challenges.
Understand workflow processes and systems.
Possess strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel.
Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in addition to being a motivated self-starter.
