Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Coordinator plays a vital role in executing our client?s local digital marketing initiatives, programs and strategies by providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements for Brandmuscle?s digital products with an emphasis on email and web development support.
While adhering to client brand standards and guidelines, the Coordinator will work with team resources to develop and implement digital templates that will be used across the Brandmuscle client portfolio and target markets to ensure consistency.
Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of digital products that fulfill client strategic marketing objectives while meeting the needs of users.
Work collaboratively with other Brandmuscle teams: Digital, Graphic Operations, Client Service, Engineering, etc., to ensure solutions meet project objectives and conduct research to assist with various assigned tasks.
Understand client?s business, business rules, and business processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
Test for quality assurance.
Hold a strong understanding of email best practices, trends and execution tactics.
Provide project plans and updates to key stakeholders.
Recommend and take action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and Brandmuscle.
Provide overall support for the Digital Marketing department as a whole by understanding email systems and execution tasks.
Remain forward-thinking and current on digital marketing trends, paying particular attention to email and mobile technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced deadlines, a strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing, flexibility and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments.
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to complete digital projects under general direction
Skilled at building relationships with key partners and client stakeholders
Ability to work with both internal and external teams and partners
Basic understanding of web analytics and online reporting tools
Personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Self-starter and ability to both work independently and follow direction
Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate both client and other projects on communication deadlines
Some travel may be required
Bachelor?s degree required
1-3 years experience in digital marketing
Experience with ExactTarget Integrated Marketing platform preferred
A demonstrated eye for visual design
Working knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Creative & Web Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver).
