Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Coordinator plays a vital role in executing our client?s local social media and digital marketing initiatives, programs and strategies by providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements for Brandmuscle?s digital products with an emphasis on social media, email and web development support.
This role is critical in driving awareness, engagement, and conversations within our client?s social and online communities. As a vital team member, you will be acting as the voice of our clients through social media channels, While working with application support and other Brandmuscle team members, you will help identify new product features and execute social media initiatives. This is a role with great visibility.
While adhering to client brand standards and guidelines, the Coordinator will work with team resources to develop and implement digital templates that will be used across the Brandmuscle client portfolio and target markets to ensure consistency.
Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of digital products that fulfill client strategic marketing objectives while meeting the needs of users.
Responsible for community management and conversation monitoring as well as day-to-day content posting and monitoring of assigned client?s social media programs and campaigns.
Work collaboratively with other Brandmuscle teams: Digital, Graphic Operations, Client Service, Engineering, etc., to ensure solutions meet project objectives and conduct research to assist with various assigned tasks.
Understand client?s business, business rules, and business processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
Test for quality assurance and provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution as requested.
Leading webinars and user trainings.
Hold a strong understanding of email best practices, trends and execution tactics.
Provide project plans and updates to key stakeholders.
Recommend and take action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and Brandmuscle.
Provide overall support for the Digital Marketing department as a whole by understanding email systems and execution tasks.
Remain forward-thinking and current on digital marketing trends, paying particular attention to email and mobile technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced deadlines, a strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing, flexibility and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments.
Demonstrated experience and results in producing web content and building traffic
Experience with ExactTarget Integrated Marketing platform preferred
Advanced knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Vine, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms is required.
Graphic Design and video editing experience is a plus
Strong understanding of social media metrics and ROI
Working knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Creative & Web Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver).
Savvy social writer who is proficient at creating community content
Advanced knowledge of social media trends, strategies and best practices
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to complete assigned projects under general direction
Skilled at building relationships with key partners and client stakeholders
Ability to work with both internal and external teams and partners
Basic understanding of web analytics and online reporting tools
Personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Self-starter and ability to both work independently and follow direction
Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate both client and other projects on communication deadlines
Some travel may be required
Bachelor?s degree required; Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
1-3 years experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis in social media and email marketing
