Market segmentation, including list building
B2B cost-effective lead generation in support of sales via Salesforce CRM
Build, manage and optimize nurturing programs that hit different points in the lead lifecycle
Train team members on marketing tools procedures, metrics and processes
Track ROI and success metrics for every campaign
Periodically cross-check data in Salesforce.com and other systems to ensure that programs are running and syncing properly
Streamline marketing automation
Own the process of maintaining the marketing campaign calendar
Build and deploy operational and survey-oriented campaigns
Create quarterly reports featuring the quarter?s marketing deliverables and campaign results where available
The newly created position requires a well-rounded digital marketer with a proven track record in market segmentation and digital campaign optimization to drive leads. Experience creating lead nurturing campaigns across all marketing channels will be expected. The ideal candidate will be able to drive business forward, providing strategic and hands-on expertise. This involves working cross-functionally and collaboratively to support Marketing campaigns to drive revenue and generate leads.
Understands industry trends and the business at the level needed to proactively identify areas of business opportunities and analytical needs
Prior experience with market segmentation and marketing automation systems; experience with Salesforce.com are ideal
Experience with Webex campaign management
Extensive experience in using online key performance indicators to drive campaign planning
Solid working knowledge of analytics tools
Strong project management skills
Experience with social media analytics tools and trends
Possess strong organizational skills, strategic thinker with hands-on implementation skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimum direction
Candidates who are tenacious, tribal, smart, true, and have a Bachelor?s degree and/or 3 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
