THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As an integral part of the corporate marketing team, the digital marketing role will be responsible for end to end digital campaign management as part of our overall content marketing strategy. This includes SEM, SEO and management of all marketing assets on our corporate website. You will also be responsible for live campaign reporting and post campaign review and recommendations. Primary responsibilities will include:
End to end campaign management for all digital marketing activities
Enhance corporate website effectiveness in order to reduce bounce rates and increase organic traffic. Review Google analytic trends and make necessary changes.
Work with in-house or contract designer to code HTML and update website regularly.
Guiding the marketing team to create and manage online marketing campaigns, including banner ads and pay-per-click advertising, and the execution of automated email campaigns between CRM (Salesforce.com) & email provider (Pardot).
Manage our social media accounts, including inbound and outbound communication. Review social analytics and make necessary changes to increase visual and business impact.
Create social media promotions, increase engagement and dominate the social media space.
Support review of content for all digital marketing efforts including but not limited to corporate website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media responses.
Manage, optimize and update website content including campaign landing pages
Manage relationship with web developers?timeline, to-dos and punch list, status calls and project management, QA on test site, browser testing, changes pushed to production server, scheduling downtime, tracking budget and approving time logs, coordinating with IT in event of an outage
Design, upload, testing and deployment of email campaigns through Pardot, managing lists and opt-outs
Work closely with sales ops manager for creation of new accounts, training new users, sync to SFDC.
Monitor daily visitor activity reports for website traffic, notifying Account Managers and/or VP of any significant patterns
Viewing traffic, referral, and site behavior patterns, ensure that website copy/urls/infrastructure reflects ideal keywords and search targets, generate periodic reports for Sales and BOD, troubleshoot and identify problems using Webmaster Tools (such as duplicate domain issue that was encountered), much of which is done in conjunction with an external agency
Maintain all corporate web/digital assets including: LinkedIn, Twitter, SurveyMonkey, GoToWebinar, HootSuite
Other tasks that will be required:
Submit annual budget for digital marketing needs
Proficient in marketing best practices
Minimum 3-5 years? experience supporting search and digital marketing programs, ideally in a B2B environment
Highly proficient with Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation Applications, preferably Pardot
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot Suite and others
Web savvy with knowledge of search engines, social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+) and the overall digital marketing landscape
Drupal Web CMS knowledge a strong plus
Bachelor?s degree required
Ability to juggle and prioritize/manage multiple projects
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Excellent problem solver who can work independently
Quick learner who can take initiative and assume accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
