Digital Marketing Manager Stride Health
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We?re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us shape the future of Stride. We're consumer-focused and user Acquisition is central to the success of our growing startup.
As Stride?s lead Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop data-driven marketing campaigns to scale our online channels. You'll have the opportunity to think creatively about audience segments, keyword sets, and creative while also taking the analytical lead on channel budget allocation. This is an end-to-end funnel so you will also lead landing page A/B tests and deep funnel analysis to help us improve conversion rates at every step of the customer experience.
Execute on customer acquisition & funnel refinement key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop internal SEM, Facebook, and display campaigns
Expand our data-driven keyword, audience and network strategies
Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance analytics reporting; key focus on audience and engagement metrics
A/B testing: Build and measure landing page and funnel A/B tests with an eye towards improving conversion
Optimize media spend and allocation
Creative: Manage designers for new creative asset development; suggest and test new messaging & display creative
Competitive Analysis: you'll own competitive market research and digital acquisition benchmarks
Blog, tweet, and generally be a great brand evangelist for Stride!
Bachelor degree in business, economics, or a related field.
3+ years in a highly strategic User Acquisition role developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEM, Social, content, blogging, SEO/SEM, etc.
Expert in site analytics tools (Google Analytics), including implementation/tagging experience;
Experience implementing landing page test software (e.g. Optimizely, KissMetrics) with Engineering teams
Strong creative problem-solving skills, business acumen, and consumer acquisition focus
Comfortable dealing with MASSIVE sets of data
Be willing to get creative! We're a startup and we're always on the hunt for creative acquisition tactics. You'll have the freedom to test and refine a social and viral campaigns galore.

Previous startup experience
The more experience working directly with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other media buying platforms the merrier!
MBA or other masters level degree in technical field
Previous work experience in performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or related spaces
Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and/or efficiently managing designers
