Digital Marketing Manager Peopleclick
The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, develop, create and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of PeopleFluent?s Revenue Marketing objectives and goals. Supported by product marketing, creative, video, Web, and marketing operations teams, and an outside digital marketing agency, the Digital Marketing Manager needs to transform marketing strategy into SEO/SEM, Interactive Display Advertising, Web Site conversions, and targeting/retargeting campaigns that drive conversions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with a passion to achieve lead and revenue objectives is critical. A passion for marketing campaign strategy, execution, and innovation, focused on revenue, is critical to success.
? Plan, develop, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on target markets, particularly reaching C-level and VP level executives in HR.
? Develop keyword strategies, copy, landing page optimization, and aligning offers to drive conversions.
? Exercise leadership over Web Site conversions and retargeting. Drive proactive strategies on modifying pages and content to improve conversions.
? Provide input into content strategy to fuel digital marketing campaigns as the advocate for seamless digital experiences for our prospects and customers to drive conversions.
? Align message, campaign cadence, offer, content, landing page optimization, and channel. Ensure integration of message with other inbound and outbound campaigns driven by other team members.
? Lead the digital marketing agency and optimize for best practices through testing, the latest conversion strategies, and high ROI.
? Clearly communicate and assist in the handoff to the inside sales team on the objectives, strategies, messages, and desired response from the campaigns.
? Interact with marketing programs managers and marketing operations to make recommendations on trigger based campaigns across channels, e.g. SEO or SEM conversion to an email offer.
? Measure campaigns based on agreed upon metrics and follow the results of inquiries to sales qualified leads. Make recommendations on appropriate lead scoring and lead management processes.
? Evolve campaigns to a customer life cycle marketing strategy, based on buying journeys and buy cycles.
? 5-7 years of experience with progressive digital marketing experience, preferable 2 years managing SEO and SEM campaigns in a SaaS company
? Experience in syndication, web site, interactive display advertising, targeting/retargeting a plus
? Google Adwords certification preferred
? Bachelors degree in marketing or quantitative field (economics, math, information systems etc.) preferred
? Demonstrated ability to drive marketing strategy into digital campaign strategy
? Strong understanding of all of the key concepts, i.e. testing, digital marketing best practices, landing page optimization, content strategy for the channel, various channel types including remarketing, lead management
? Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other Web analytics platforms
? Demonstrated knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
? Understanding of using SalesForce.com or similar CRM
? Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Very strong analytical skills, and a passion for testing, suitable for campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Excellent oral and written communication
? Ability to function and contribute in a team environment
? Effective project management skills
