As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, the Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for developing, tracking and managing the execution of a marketing programs calendar. This person will work collaboratively and cross functionally to develop and execute a comprehensive and integrated marketing plan focusing on increasing awareness and driving demand generation for ServiceSource. An ideal candidate will be a strategic, metric-driven B2B marketer with experience in developing/packaging digital content for web, email, thought leadership programs etc.
Participate in the development and management of digital marketing programs with the purpose of generating new sales leads for the company and accelerating the sales pipeline
Develop and maintain the marketing programs calendar in collaboration with the field marketing and solution marketing teams
Manage marketing campaign content development and delivery.
Work with vendors and SMEs to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated for the appropriate target audiences
Lead website projects, working closely with solution/ product marketing and web developers for effective messaging and lead acquisition
Design and build lead nurture programs via email marketing and thought leadership content development and syndication
Assist on search marketing programs, working closely with agency to drive keyword ranking
Manage reporting and analytics for all digital programs leveraging Google Analytics, Eloqua and SFDC
Experience in managing and executing B2B marketing demand generation and lead acquisition programs
Experience executing e-mail marketing programs
Must have excellent copywriting and editing skills
Experience in managing and delivering webcasts
Experience in working with and managing external vendor relationships
Proficiency in salesforce.com and Eloqua or other marketing automation systems needed
Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities
Ability & willingness to learn new online platforms and skills
Great attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
2-4 years of marketing experience with a software company
Proven expertise in digital marketing
Budget management experience is a plus
