Our daily articles and videos, along with our conferences and online courses, take the public past the surface level to a deeper, more meaningful exploration of the financial industry.
We're seeking a full time Digital Marketing and Sales fanatic with a thirst for knowledge, insatiable curiosity, and a hunger to make an impact in a rapidly growing organization. You'll be joining a young, driven company that considers its team to be it's most valuable asset.
You will be paired with and trained by a managing partner to execute your responsibilities, so don't worry about what you don't know. We care more about your enthusiasm, raw intelligence, and teach-ability than whether you can start working on complicated projects on your first day. We are a startup and this is a full time position but we're laid back about hours and schedule conflicts as long as you're as committed to the startup and your responsibility as everyone else on the team.
Learn the ins-and-outs of marketing automation technology: ex. Infusionsoft
Work with partners to develop automated marketing and sales strategies
Utilize internal CRM system and associated sales technology
Work with partners to write marketing and sales copy
Deliver digital marketing and sales analytics to the team
Analyze and recommend improvements or additional technology
Assist in social media account management and marketing strategies
Involvement in direct sales efforts via email and phone calls
Hardcore work ethic and excitement in the face of challenge
Previous experience with online marketing or sales technologies
Sense of humor and ability to work well with team members
Ability to understand new concepts quickly and put them to use
Solid foundation in succinct, grammatically correct writing
WHAT YOU GET:
Preliminary base salary will be $1000-2000 a month, depending on experience, during a 3 month evaluation period.
Sales commissions resulting in your marketing and sales efforts (details provided to 3rd round candidates)
Workspace in our NoMad Manhattan office (yes, like any good startup, we have free beer and coffee)

After applying, we will select candidates for a first round interview which will consist of a 15 minute phone call. The second round will consist of a 30 minutes where we learn more about you and the value you may offer to our firm. The third round will be a visit to our Manhattan office.
