We are looking for a great Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Spredfast. You will be part of the Marketing team and responsible for turning great creative concepts into engaging digital assets that we can use on our website, on social networks and in our email and advertising campaigns. You will be passionate about design and also have great implementation chops. We can teach you the ins and outs of Marketing programs and technology. We want someone who is eager to connect digital design to marketing programs and great business results. Essential Skills
Photoshop master. As part of the team, you will help come up with great ideas for campaigns. We need you to turn concepts into great digital assets that we can use on our website, on social networks and in email.
Proficient with InDesign and Illustrator. Turning creative concepts and content into print assets and the ability to customize graphics is a major plus.
Proficient in HTML, CSS. We don't need you to build a website from scratch, but you need to be able to quickly implement landing pages, update website pages and make connections to CRM and marketing automation systems. So, demonstrated understanding of CMS technologies like WordPress or Drupal is important.
Stickler for details. You are joining a team that works at a fast pace but has a high bar for quality and creativity. We need you to love the flawless implementation of an idea as much as the design.
Enthusiastic collaborator. We develop brand and campaign ideas interactively as a team. We need you to be an active participant in that process and be able to constructively manage feedback on your designs and implementations.
Experience/Requirements
1-3 years actively designing and implementing digital assets for online marketing
Digital/Interactive Agency experience preferred
Graphical Design or Digital Design degree preferred
Must be based in Austin
