Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist position will be responsible for developing and executing the company?s digital / online marketing strategy. The primary objective of this position is to drive additional inbound sales leads and deliver increased awareness of IFS. It includes planning and budgeting for online, new media, web, e-commerce, SEO and PPC campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop online/digital marketing programs that ultimately drive new sales leads to the organization.
Drives the evolution of the external website, including landing pages, to be more engaging and interactive.
Manages website content and technical CMS updates.
Optimizing the website to increase web traffic, search engine rankings, and visibility.
Implement and improve search campaigns (SEO & SEM) and other online marketing and PPC campaigns.
Aligns integration of marketing automation into the lead generation process and CRM systems.
Work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager to create and execute outstanding lead generation programs, including the selection online lead generation sites.
Work in conjunction with the Marcom Manager to deliver digital advertising campaigns that drive increased brand awareness for IFS.
Work closely with industry teams regarding related online programs to ensure goals are met.
Collaborate with marcom on content development. Some content development will also be required.
Conducts analysis for program effectiveness, including cost per acquisition, and recommend improvements.
Develop and manage specific KPI?s to determine overall online performance.
10% -15% travel will be required.
Qualifications
Experience in B-to-B marketing most specifically in the area of business software applications
A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and skills in maximizing website scoring
3+ years of proven digital marketing experience
Experience with working in CMS tools (Sitecore) and website management
Knowledge and experience with social media
Skills in managing digital display advertising including SEO and PPC
Good knowledge in Flash, Photoshop, Front Page, InDesign, Google Analytics, and HTML
Strong project management skills, along with excellent oral and written communications skills
A self-starter, strong work ethic, with personal initiative and drive
Demonstrated written communications skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and creative
