THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Etsy is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead U.S. paid search efforts.
You will be helping to develop and execute Etsy?s paid search strategy, scaling campaigns for the Etsy marketplace and integrating with other channels as part of a larger portfolio. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn, New York, and reports to the Acquisition Marketing Manager.

About the Position
Lead text ad and PLA campaign management towards acquisition goals, continually optimizing strategy, from keyword expansion to landing page testing.
Lead mobile paid search strategy, spanning mobile web and app.
Drive acquisition KPIs, including CTR, conversions, new buyers and sellers, and ROI.
Manage external agencies and technologies effectively, maximizing service/offerings and recognizing needs for strategic guidance/gaps in internal resources.
Deliver reporting and insight that accurately and appropriately measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis.
Partner with marketing team members to develop integrated efforts, such as cross-channel attribution modeling/optimization and unified global campaigns.
Collaborate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen paid search program, such as on-site landing page development and conversion funnel optimization.
Stay on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, from industry news to emerging technology, performing competitive analysis of best practices and trends.
You have 4+ years of online and direct response marketing experience with demonstrated success in managing substantial paid search budget to specific goals and timelines.
With strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, you couple a data-driven approach and creative thinking with a passion for online marketing, which encompasses up-to-date knowledge of the search industry.
You have deep familiarity with a bid management tool and/or platform (ex. Marin, Kenshoo, DoubleClick, IgnitionOne).
You are highly collaborative and operate with integrity, confidence, and empathy.
You are passionate about the Etsy marketplace and deeply care about the member experience
Ideally, you have experience in a fast-growth, engineering-driven company, where you?ve learned to be resourceful (familiarity with or excitement to learn SQL is a plus)
