Digital Marketing Specialist Basis Technology
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Generate Inbound Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by strategic execution of content creation through digital marketing channels including email, web, social, blog, website, Salesforce.com and Hubspot.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
LEAD GENERATION: Develop marketing and content strategy, implement MQL process, establish ?Sales Funnel? marketing communication that is market/customer driven and have clear commercial outcomes and metrics.
SOCIAL: Manage, monitor, analyze and track all Social Media channels for relevant content, partnership opportunities, and referral traffic. Leverage and expand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare and others to interact with our B2B sales and marketing community.
EMAIL: Create CRM strategy and for MQL and Inbound - Ensure the successful execution of targeted email campaigns.
WEBSITE: Manage and update CMS. Ensure that all web site components are in line with overall digital, brand and strategy goals, while identifying opportunities for fresh content to ensure a dynamic and up-to-date web site.
CONTENT: Assist in strategy, planning and creation of ?long-tail? content, using data-informed decision to generate conversations with our prospects, customers and influencers; Driving inbound leads with content such as eBooks, case studies and video.
SEO: Manage SEO/SEM program, determine and implement SEO best practices and help develop KPIs, metrics and reports.
ADWORDS: Monitor, measure and review the performance of campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure objectives are met, organizational learning and customer insights are captured to inform future campaigns, and campaign processes are continuously improved.
METRICS: Develop and monitor digital marketing KPIs and other important metrics - present data for marketing team to evaluate and make recommendations. Monitor Google Analytics and other data inputs, creating and tracking KPIs, identifying key trends and reporting on progress throughout the year.
4 year college degree, MBA preferred
3-5 years demonstrable eMarketing and Digital experience including data driven campaigns, drip and sales funnel marketing, within a B2B environment is required;
Expertise with Salesforce.com and Hubspot is required; Hubspot certification preferred
Expertise in Adword management
Expertise in web analytics and data analysis
Experience teaming across functions and collaborating with sales management and sales teams
Excellent copywriting skills.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Graphic and interactive design experience using Adobe CS
Excellent presentation skills
