We are looking for a forward thinking, innovative problem solver that can turn ambiguous problems into clear client solutions!
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, the Specialist plays a key role in executing and managing our client?s cross-channel, local digital marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns by providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements for Brandmuscle?s digital products with an emphasis on email, SEM, SMS, social media, analytics and web development.
While adhering to client brand standards and guidelines, the Specialist will partner and collaborate with Brandmuscle creative, technology and account teams to develop and implement digital templates and products, that will be used across the Brandmuscle client portfolio and target markets to ensure consistency.
The Specialist will utilize and must demonstrate an advanced level of understanding and proficiency while using ExactTarget & Google Analytics platforms to manage and deploy client email and web page programs.
Contributing to the lifecycle of digital products including: documentation, quality assurance testing, debugging, positioning/ education and execution
Reading and writing technical specifications as required
Leading and managing client digital product and program implementations
Creating, testing and troubleshooting HTML / CSS templates based on W3C standards and best practices
Acting as an advocate for UX and identifying UI issues throughout the engineering and QA phases of product releases
Communicating project timelines, estimates and reporting / tracking updates on all assigned tasks to project stakeholders
Partnering with a wide range of Brandmuscle users, clients and stakeholders to understand their immediate and long-term digital marketing needs
Leading client meetings and user webinars
Analyzing and providing reporting metrics on digital client programs
Overseeing varying client email, SEM, SMS, SEO and social media programs while following industry best practices
Identifying strategic opportunities for new client programs, product upgrades, etc.,
Mentor and lead direct report(s) through challenging project opportunities, thoughtful development plans, and constructive feedback
Bachelor?s degree is required; degree in marketing or advertising strongly preferred
Remain forward-thinking and current on digital marketing trends, paying particular attention to email, database management, and mobile technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced deadlines, a strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing, flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments
Knowledge and application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
Advanced level knowledge working with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics; crafting original code without the use of Dreamweaver is a plus
Familiarity with XML, SQL and a thorough understanding of marketing database concepts
Ability to understand and write functional and technical specifications
Personality and desire to thrive in a dynamic, client-centric and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and assigned to multiple tasks and/or concurrent projects
Serve as a leader who is accustomed to driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with little instruction or oversight
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Availability to accommodate various working hours as client deadlines and project workload require
Some travel may be required
Minimum 3-4 years Digital Marketing experience required
2-4 years of interactive agency (or in-house agency) experience is desired
Previous management experience required
Experience developing (HTML/CSS) for mobile environments (responsive design)
