SSA is seeking a highly technical marketing specialist with proven success in defining & executing digital strategy and leading customer insight programs. The role is focused on both a national and international level for SSA & Company as well as our sister companies ? the G100 Network, High Lantern Group and The Miles Group. The position is based in Rockefeller Center, NYC and reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage the organization?s digital presence through the use of content management tools and social media
Manage the execution of customer insights programs across all individual businesses. This includes actively working with team members to implement outreach, analyze feedback data, and categorize client comments by theme to generate strategic insights, and suggest and implement process improvements with client teams.
Manage all digital projects at the enterprise level as well as for individual businesses, including company intranet projects.
Upload and maintain web content through CMS. Provide expertise in the content management system for all content owners.
Ensure brand guidelines are adopted throughout all web properties.
Collaborate with key team members, both internally as well as externally at client sites, and vendors.
Develop and manage a standard client survey tool, (e.g., visual studio).
Implement SEO best practices and optimize web traffic. Monitor/analyze web activity using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster.
Requirements:
3-5 years of prior relevant experience in website content management.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Demonstrable experience with popular content management systems (Drupal, WordPress, etc.) and Google Analytics
Knowledge of basic HTML required- Photoshop, Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, and other web development tools a plus.
BA Degree required
Solid business acumen required
