X-IO's Digital Media Manager is responsible for using all digital channels - from email and paid-placement ads through website banners and social media - to both (a) improve X-IO's brand awareness, and (b) drive effective multi-touch demand creation campaigns that deliver "prospects" to (a) our Lead Development Reps, (b) our Platinum Partners, and (c) our own territory managers, for qualification and sales prosecution.
The Digital Media Manager reports to the VP of Marketing.
Develop campaign objectives, target audience, key messages/content, recommend touch points, and key metrics or benchmarks
Implement multi-touch marketing initiatives including building of HTML emails, database, query, and post campaign reporting and analytics
Develop implementation plans for campaigns, including writing copy, updating the website as appropriate for campaign promotions, newsletters, social media posting and growth
Manager regular reporting and tracking, interpret implications, report metrics appropriately, and flag issues regarding all digital platforms (website, social media, etc) using both internal and external tools
Continuous analysis and optimization of SEO efforts and results - derive actionable insights and programs to increase rank, drive traffic, and ultimately donor acquisition and engagement
Design and implement a proactive, multi-platform (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) content strategy to augment and amplify priority messaging related to X-IO's work to provide reach for key launches, promotions, viral marketing efforts, influencer, engagement, reputation management and rapid response in social media, while growing the follower base
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI's and KPI's)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
5+ years experience with designing and implementing multi-touch incubation/marketing campaigns
5+ years experience with digital communications/marketing in a corporate setting
Strong recent working knowledge and expertise in the digital space, including social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
Experience designing and implementing targeted SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
Experience working with vendors on complex web and social media projects
Demonstrated experience using web analytics and social data
Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills with high attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Work effectively under changing priorities with time sensitive materials in a timely and efficient manner and follow through
Experience with marketing automation platforms for email, web and social media demand generation
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing automation and database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of website analytics tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
