DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER/BUYER Bedrocket
An expert digital media planner/buyer who will work with our marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to develop unique and strategically appropriate media approaches, including the exploration of venues (content or brand sites, social platforms, etc.) that utilize emerging technologies pertinent to our Bedrocket content and products. If you are an analytical thinker and creative doer who loves working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment we want to hear from you!
Evaluate and negotiate the best price and media placement for Bedrocket content and products on sites, social platforms, and auction-model ad exchanges
Develop media objectives and strategies, oversee planning and buying activities, and present strategic interactive media recommendations
Analyze the ROI of media placements in the context of content and marketing performance
Constantly research new market technologies and innovations that affect media/site planning and buying
Request, compile, and analyze competitive data
Build out media plans to include in sales packages
Substantial experience with media planning and buying for consumer-facing brands or digital agency
3-5 years of relevant experience
Detail-oriented and analytical approach with insights for strategic planning
Knowledge of media planning software and tools
Digital and social experience is a must
History of innovation and creativity
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
Passion for media and entertainment; interest in pop culture
