Highly-motivated, results-driven person who will be responsible for supporting the Digital Solution Director and vertical sales teams by coordinating responses to advertiser requests for digital media campaigns, creating internal project requests, maintaining internal reports, and running audience sizing and measurement feasibility requests. This person will be passionate about learning, and will have a strong interest in advertising, marketing and digital media. This person works very closely with the Digital Planning Director, other members of the Digital Planning team, and members of the vertical solutions teams, including CPG, Auto, Multi-channel Retail and Digital Media. This person will help manage responses to incoming audience suggestions, audience timing and measurement feasibility and respond in a timely fashion.
Primary responsibilities include:
Quickly respond to audience sizing, target audience suggestion and measurement feasibility requests that can come directly from customers or from DLX sales teams.
Learn DLX?s Sugar CRM system, monitor and maintain reporting and manage automated update tools.
Supply custom reports and construct dashboards for members of the Digital Media sales teams.
Keep Platform Sales staff aware of upcoming and overdue projects and opportunities
Develop and refine reports that aid Platform Sales staff in understanding current pipeline, production and open projects.
Work with Digital Planning Director and Marketing Staff to maintain current library of DLX Platform decks and materials
Maintain library in the dStreet materials management platform for DLX Platform Sales Staff
Manage and archive all custom audience sizing requests and measurement feasibility requests
Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS in business (marketing), advertising or media discipline
Proficient understanding of general marketing practices, targeting practices and online media
Proficient understanding of statistical concepts, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical significance
Proven desire and ability to learn new skills and gain an understanding of a complex marketplace
Demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept to roll-out
Excellent proven organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to think and act in an innovative and creative way
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
