About the Job
The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all tasks within the cross functional Web team. This includes content management tasks that come in from the Marketing team as well as software development tasks that come in from the Software Development team. The Web team manages and implements all ongoing content changes to the www.greatcall.com website, as well as multiple larger website related projects at a time. This role is perfect for a flexible and creative servant leader.
Responsibilities
Track and guide tasks through the entire process, from creation through design, implementation, QA, and deployment.
Gather all necessary assets, approvals and stakeholder requirements.
Remove roadblocks for team members and stakeholders.
Serve as the first point of contact for emerging issues or concerns.
Schedule and run meetings.
Ensure all development tasks are kicked off properly by working closely with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing and other stakeholders.
Work with department managers to ensure projects will meet production deadlines.
Report on progress and status to management, and alert of delays or other emerging issues.
Assist in planning work, with focus on using past estimates to improve forecasting abilities.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4 years? experience working in a web development environment
Minimum 2 years? experience working with MS Project, Excel, or any other (project) management software
Minimum 2 years? experience coordinating multiple projects at a time.
Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Understanding of standard processes for web development, testing & deployments
Strong understanding and proven demonstration of case management, SDLC & The Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
Proven knowledge and experience with web related development software such as Adobe Suite & Visual Studio
The ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Demonstrates integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to resolving challenges
The ability to translate and estimate business requirements into actual software & web development tasks
Strong attention to detail, quality assurance and brand standards
A strong understanding of marketing tactics and business requirements data
The ability to work cross functionality and quickly adapt to new strategy
