The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for selling digital display and rich media advertising to agencies. GoldSpot Media has a rich suite of very innovative online and mobile ad products that are of high value to brands and premium publishers. GoldSpot Media also has partnerships with premium publishers, both online and on mobile, to run display and richmedia ads
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage, evangelize and sell digital advertising to mid and senior level media buyers, in the widwest.
Sell display, video and rich media ads for digital (online and mobile) across 3 screens (PC, Tablet and Smartphone).
Leverage existing digital agency/client rolodex of ad accounts and immediately start selling.
Develop strong relationships at all corporate levels from agency planner/buyer to brand marketer/CMO.
Tactically manage and help the media sales team, to close deals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Online display and video sales experience
Demonstrate a personal rolodex at the top of traditional display and TV media buying agencies
Experience selling to brand advertisers (especially retail, auto, gaming, CPG, technology, youth and affluent brands)
Has been in a startup or fast growing business before
Must have impeccable references from prior sales positions held.
Bachelor?s Degree
Must live in or around Chicago

Business development skills to evolve the pitch, identify new opportunities and present fresh ideas
