iCrossing is seeking an entrepreneurial spirited, Rubik cube thinker as our Digital Strategist. This role is designed to bring innovative, out of the box, creative thinking to digital products for a major household brand.
In addition to product innovation, the Digital Strategist is responsible for assisting in the development of campaigns and briefs as well as supporting senior strategy team members on larger initiatives.

Work closely with a senior strategy team member to design digital products; build long-term strategic road maps; craft annual plans and lead ongoing strategic brainstorms
Responsible for taking independent actions and calculated risk on existing and new business
Engage in writing, presenting, and defending of creative, brand, and strategic ideas, concepts, POVs and campaigns
Engaged in authoring research and analytical insight for strategic road maps and large innovation initiatives
Work with clients, account managers, creative, SEO, SEM and interactive media leads to assist in building and executing innovative strategic plans
Analyze and synthesize existing data, market reports and trends
Monitor the success of the campaign as it runs, making improvements where necessary
BA/BS is required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
3-5 years digital agency, client, or entrepreneurial strategic experience is required
Experience writing, presenting, and defending of creative, brand, and strategic ideas, concepts, POVs and campaigns
Experience across various channels and multiple disciplines of marketing (e.g., online, print, direct, CRM, interactive, creative) a plus
Understanding of the online consumer services industry, trends, user behavior, needs, and pain points
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Digital and Social a plus
Analytically strong with proven ability to analyze and synthesize existing data, market reports and trends
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure
Ability to prioritize, work fast under pressure, and maintain flexibility
Ability to ?push back? when changing priorities will impact a ship date
Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they occur
Ability to act as a bridge between technical, creative and marketing partners
