The Retail Solutions team works with our clients to ensure every digital DLX project exceeds their business goals and objectives. As a Solutions consultant you will work with our Retail clients to optimize their display, social, mobile and video campaigns. You will use DLX?s purchase-based digital audiences and measurement solutions to create media strategies across all digital channels. The right candidate will have extensive digital marketing experience in the Retail industry and have a proven track record of providing unique insights and strategies to drive better campaign performance.
Work with the account management and pre-sales team to develop innovative and client-specific proposals to grow digital revenue from our Retail clients
Provide guidance for audience development and targeting including segmentation and contact strategy across all digital channels
Create client-specific learning agendas that drive program optimization and growth. Collaborate with Analytical Services to review the testing results and provide guidance on how current programs can be enhanced.
Develop comprehensive understanding of all Retail campaign best practices and results. Apply learnings to future client strategies, proposals and ROAS forecasting. Conduct internal best practice training to educate DLX client services teams. Partner with Marketing to publish client case studies and white papers.
Participate in onsite, client meetings to drive adoption of DLX products through customized strategic recommendations and innovative ideas.
Serve as the Retail digital domain expert for DLX client services teams. Collaborate with Product Team to ensure correct use of products and provide marketplace insights for future product development work. Provide insights and training on the Retail digital industry trends.
The ideal candidate will 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably display) with the top U.S. multi-channel retailers. He or she will have a blend of digital and marketing experience that encompasses the following:
Strong understanding of data-driven targeting practices of the online marketing industry.
Well versed in developing strategic proposals for digital marketing programs in display, mobile, social and video.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape including the display data, measurement and media eco-system.
Proven track record of presenting digital program strategies to senior-level marketers at top retail brands.
Excellent customer management and problem solving skills.
Extensive understanding of digital trends and best practices and ability to apply that knowledge to specific customer goals/objectives
